Starters
- Chicken liver & port pâté served with chutney and melba toast
- Tomato & roasted red pepper soup served with a bread roll
- Prawn and smoked salmon cocktail served with buttered brown bread
- Breaded camembert rounds with apple and cranberry chutney
Mains
- Roasted turkey crown with all the trimmings
- Roast strip loin of beef with all the trimmings
- Pan fried salmon fillet, new potatoes, vegetables and parsley sauce
- Butternut, almond and lentil Wellington with roast potatoes, vegetables and vegetarian gravy
Desserts
- Chocolate truffle and spiced rum torte with amaretti biscuit, served with fresh raspberries and cream
- Raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake brûlée, served with fresh raspberries and cream
